 المقادير:
٨لتر لبن كامل الدسم ( ٢ جالون ) ، كوب كريمه قهوه ، كوب زبادي ، ملعقه كبيره فلفل اسود صحيح ، ٢ حبة منفحه ، ١/٢ كوب ماء مثلج و معقم .

Ingredients:
8 liters whole milk ( 2 gallons ) , cup coffee cream ,cup plain yogurt , tsp. whole black pepper , 2 tablets rennet , 1/2 cup distilled cold water .
