Sautéed Shredded Vegetables With Rice
Ingredients
1/4 kg seitan, 2 large carrots, 1/4 kg red bell pepper, 1/2 lemon rind, one green hot pepper, white radish (100g), 3 white mushroom (40 g), 2 garlic cloves, 2 slice's ginger, 6 green beans, one large onion, 5 spears of medium asparagus, one large leek, cherry tomatoes, oil, salt, 3 cups (585 g) basmati rice, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 cup vegetable broth, one tbsp. corn starch, 1/4 tsp. dried mint, 1/2 tsp. black pepper.
