How to make Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
15 grams of green beans, 30 grams of eggplant, one medium red onion, one rib of celery, one large leek, one large zucchini, 3 small carrots, 15 grams of white radish (daikon radish) peeled, 15 grams of turnip, 2 medium artichokes, 2 small potatoes (300 g), 1 cup green lima beans, 1/2 cup green peas, 2 medium peeled tomatoes, 3 garlic cloves chopped, salt, 2 tbsp. of dried vegetable seasoning, 1/2 tsp. of basil, 1/2 tsp. of black pepper, 1 liter of beef or chicken broth, 2 tbsp. of olive oil.
