ملعقة عصير ليمون ، ملعقة خل ، ملعقة عسل نحل ، ٢ بياض بيضه ، ملعقة من كل من ( زيت خروع ، زيت أڤوكادو ، زيت لوز ، زيت مشمش ، زيت الحبه السوداء ) ، ١٠ قطرات من الأسانس ( روزماري ....... ) ، يكمل بزيت الزيتون النقي الي كوب و نصف .

tbsp. lemon juice , tbsp. vinegar , tbsp. honey , 2 white eggs , tbsp. ( castor oil , avocado oil , almond oil , apricot oil , black seed oil ) 10 drops of essential oil ( rosemary .... ) , complete with pure olive oil to a cup and half .
