How to make Chicken Mandi

1 1/2 kg chicken (4 pieces) brined in {1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 2 bay leaves}, for marinate {1 tbsp. of mandi spice, 1 tbsp. of spanish saffron, salt, one lime}, 2 cups basmati rice with {1 tbsp. spanish saffron, 1 tbsp. ghee, 1 large onion, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 bay leaves, 3 cloves, 3 cardamom seeds, salt, 1/2 green hot pepper, 1 tbsp. mandi spice}, 1/2 cup roasted almond, 3 tbsp. oil, Mandi sauce {3 medium tomatoes, 1/4 cup fresh coriander, one Lime, 2 garlic cloves, black pepper, salt, 1/2 green hot pepper}, Mandi spice {1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. cloves, 1 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. turmeric, 1 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tbsp. dried coriander, 1 tbsp. cumin}
