How to make Egyptian Molokhai 
 
Ingredients
1/2 kg fresh Molokhai leaves, 4 1/2 beef broth, 6 garlic cloves, salt, one vegetable stock cube, one tsp. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. dried coriander, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 4 mastic, one tbsp. ghee, 1 1/2 cup beef broth, to store the Molokhai.
